Ideas to Implement During the Fast
Wake up an hour early - spend that time singing or listening to hymns and praying.
Give up 20-30 minutes daily to meditate on a Scripture.
Have prayer with at least 1 person daily.
If you have medical reasons that will not allow you to FAST from food - please FAST from stimulating beverages, games, social media, television.
